Very comfortable. I can wear it around the house without any trouble. Shape makes it go in easily, stays in place, yet is easy to remove if you want to (buy why?!?). Look carefully at the neck of this plug, it's not perfectly round! That shape provide just a little bit more simulation than a perfectly round shape. Overall best plug design for shape, material, and firmness I've seen yet! And I have quite a few!

I have been searching for the perfect plug and feel that this is it. Th silicone has a great feel and when this plug is inserted it stays in place.You can go out in confidence. There is stainless ring recessed on the bottom to assist in the plugs removal. I am truly delighted

This is a well made product. The smooth silicone finish and good size make it pefect.Firm pressure and lube is required for insertion. The plug then locks nicely in place and is comfortable for long term wear with a decent sized base that fits nicely between the cheeks for comfort and safely. A metal ring is on the ouside the purpose of which is obscure. My all time favourite - Highly recommended

This plug will not slip out and is very soft and has a velvety feel. Comfortable enough for me to wear to out. The size is right for people just getting into this new craze.
