If you have ED like me, then you need to try out this product with your partner. This was my first strap on toy purchase and I could not wait to try it out with my wife. I fit into the hollow strap on just barely without any erection and just left it on during foreplay and then she was ready, it was on and ready to have sex with my wife in many positions. This has been a lifesaver for us. My husband has erectile difficulties and we had about given up on having sex. I hadnt had an orgasm for a long time until we bought this extension. by the time he has brought me to orgasm, hes fully erect and can remove the extension and finish with his penis in me. Tho it completely satisfies me, were going to order a larger one. We always use this with a condom for sanitary reasons.
