I was worried when I bought it because I was buying it too big mostly so I could hopefully fit my chest in there. I wear a J/K bra, so lingerie is impossible to find. I normally wear a L to once in a while XL, so the thong didn't fit at all but that was my fault and I didn't care about that. The dress was completely stretchy and didn't look weird stretching over my boobs either like some things do with the adjustable neck ties. It also was stretchy enough to be not too loose for me but I could tell it would even be able to fit someone who outweighs me by maybe even 70lbs. It was really flexible and truly was a product that fit the guidelines of one size fits all. However, if you don't have a chest problem like me, and are under a 1X, I would get the regular o/s, not queen because they aren't constricting and the other may fit better, even though this one would probably be fine too. (I would have preferred the other size but I just wouldn't fit the bust.) As for the look, looks even prettier than I thought. Very sexy see-through in the chest and holds them up nice. Only thing- I wish the bottom wasn't so see-through because I just had a baby. :S But it's not like it was a surprise based on the product picture.
